One live sync across Procore, Autodesk & Workday

Big projects run across many systems at once. Teams track their work in Procore and Autodesk Construction Cloud, while workforce and HR data lives in Workday. None of these tools talk to each other on their own, so the same information gets re-entered by hand in several places — slow, and easy to get wrong.

We built and run the software in the middle that keeps all of them continuously in sync — moving data both ways, in real time, across dozens of connection points, for several large customers.

What we built

  • Always-on, two-way sync. The moment something changes in one system, it updates in the others automatically — nobody has to copy anything by hand.
  • Clear alerts, not noise. If something does go wrong, the team gets one clear message that points straight to the problem — cutting the flood of alerts by around 85%.
  • We find a way in when a system blocks us. When one system's security settings locked us out of the data we needed, we found a supported alternative route — unblocking a job that had been stuck for two weeks in a single afternoon, and pulling 5,000+ staff records at once.
  • Nothing quietly slips through. A monthly job matches hundreds of project codes across two systems and sets aside anything that doesn't line up for review, so no record is ever silently lost.
  • Problems caught before anyone feels them. Every morning it checks that all the logins still work and flags anything about to expire — so "why isn't my data syncing?" is handled before it's even asked.
The result

Around 85% fewer error alerts, a two-week-stalled integration unblocked in a single afternoon, and sync problems fixed before customers ever noticed.

Document AI · electoral data at scale

Millions of scanned electoral rolls → booth-level analysis

For a Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral rolls, millions of voter records existed only as scanned, image-based PDFs in a regional language — impossible to search, sort or analyse. We turned the entire set into clean, structured data, ready for booth-level election analysis.

What we built

Software that reads every scanned page, pulls out each voter's details, and fixes its own mistakes by taking a second, closer look at anything unclear. It runs by itself across several computers, picks up exactly where it left off if interrupted, and rolls the results up into demographic and booth-level charts and summaries.

The result

Work that would take a data-entry team many months now runs on its own and finishes in a fraction of the time — turning raw electoral rolls into booth-by-booth insight a campaign can act on, with every record traceable back to its original page.

AI that finds and checks the right people on social media

Finding and vetting the right people on social media meant hours of manual scrolling and guesswork, with no reliable way to tell a genuine account from a fake or inactive one.

What we built

You describe who you're looking for in plain English, and the AI does the hunting — searching across the web and Instagram, pulling each person's live profile data (real follower counts, engagement and activity, not stale estimates), throwing out fake and inactive accounts, spotting which brands they've already worked with, and handing back a ranked shortlist with the evidence attached.

The result

Days of manual social-media research turned into minutes, ending with a trustworthy, evidence-backed shortlist the team can act on straight away.

Custom secure app

A private, self-owned alternative to Slack

An organisation wanted its own version of Slack — the messaging tool most companies use to chat and share updates internally — but fully owned and controlled by them, kept private, and without buying or looking after any servers.

What we built

A fast, private company messaging app — the everyday chat teams rely on — with company-wide announcement channels, sign-in with no passwords to forget or leak, instant staff sign-up by scanning a QR code, strict control over who can see and do what, and a simple screen for admins to run it all.

The result

Near-instant messaging that grows on its own from a handful of staff to hundreds, on secure, trusted infrastructure — with no servers to look after and very low running cost.
